Minimums are per table unless stated. A 15% deposit applies to tables with a minimum. Your host will agree the table and amount before sending payment instructions.

Booking terms
Booking terms

Your host will agree the table and minimum spend with you. The deposit is 15% of that amount; tables with no minimum need no deposit.

Pay by bank transfer only after TAROT sends your payment instructions. Your table is held for up to 30 minutes from allocation; the exact deadline is shown in your payment link. Send your slip promptly. Confirmation follows staff verification of the bank receipt.

Cancel at least 24 hours before your booked arrival for a full deposit refund. Later cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit.

If TAROT cancels for a venue reason, your deposit is refundable in full. Approved refunds are processed within 2–5 business days; your bank may take additional time to credit the money.

Date changes are unavailable. A new date requires a new booking.

Reconfirm by call or a clear reply in your booking chat before 22:00 Bangkok time on your reservation evening. Without confirmation, your table and any deposit paid are forfeited. For requests from 22:00 onwards, confirm directly with the host before a table can be held.
